Our New Home Consultants will work with you to find the right home and walk you through the buying process. The great service doesn’t stop once you’re in your new home – the team who built your home will continue to be there for you after you’ve moved in.

Our homes are priced to reflect market conditions. In periods of high demand, we may alter the sales process from a listed price to a multi-offer or tender process, to ensure fairness across interested parties. We do not use auctions as a sales method, as we believe the sales process we employ ensures greater transparency of the final purchase price and provides greater confidence when seeking pre-approval from your bank. We only require two payments when purchasing a home. A deposit on purchase, with the balance payable on settlement. So there are no hidden or unexpected costs along the way.
