The story of BUILDHers began in 2022, with a bold vision: a home built by a team of exceptional women. We aimed to showcase
talent, open doors, and pave a clear path for women in construction.

This New Zealand-first project involved a team of more than 40 women leading every stage of home construction, from architectural design to final sale. With the successful completion of a stunning four-bedroom standalone home, the first BuildHers project became a testament to female empowerment in the industry.

The journey doesn’t end here. We’re thrilled to announce the commencement of BUILDHers II – a project encompassing a block of four terrace homes in our Whenuapai development.

We’re seeking expressions of interest from women across all trades, from carpentry to landscaping, to join this inspiring initiative. If you’re a woman in a trade who thrives in a collaborative environment, or know someone who would excel in this opportunity, we encourage you to reach out.
