Our expert team of New Home Consultants, who are Fletcher Living employees, will work with you to find the right home and walk you through the buying process. As they’re specialists, they have an in-depth knowledge of the building process and the wider neighbourhood you are looking to buy into.

Our homes are priced to reflect market conditions. In periods of high demand, we may alter the sales process from a listed price to a multi-offer or tender process, to ensure fairness across interested parties. We do not use auctions as a sales method, as we believe the sales process we employ ensures greater transparency of the final purchase price and provides greater confidence when seeking pre-approval from your bank. We only require two payments when purchasing a home. A deposit on purchase, with the balance payable on settlement. So there are no hidden or unexpected costs along the way.

Unit title apartments and terrace homes are managed under a Body Corporate structure, where the common areas are owned and managed by the Body Corporate.
