Our homes are priced to reflect market conditions. In periods of high demand, we may alter the sales process from a listed price to a multi-offer or tender process, to ensure fairness across interested parties. We do not use auctions as a sales method, as we believe the sales process we employ ensures greater transparency of the final purchase price and provides greater confidence when seeking pre-approval from your bank. We only require two payments when purchasing a home. A deposit on purchase, with the balance payable on settlement. So there are no hidden or unexpected costs along the way.

Unit title apartments and terrace homes are managed under a Body Corporate structure, where the common areas are owned and managed by the Body Corporate.
