In periods of high demand, we may alter the sales process from a listed price to a multi-offer or tender process, to ensure fairness across interested parties. We do not use auctions as a sales method, as we believe our sales process ensures greater transparency of the final purchase price and provides greater confidence when seeking pre-approval from your bank.

Our homes are generally complete before we list them for sale. This allows you to walk through the home to get a feel for the space and find the home that’s just right for you. We do sell some apartments prior to completion, but our New Home Consultants will help you understand the off-plan buying process, keeping you informed every step of the way.
