Construction is well underway at The Hill, transforming 6.2 hectares of the former Ellerslie Racecourse into a vibrant neighbourhood of 357 homes. Construction Updates
We're making steady progress toward bringing The Hill neighbourhood to life. Major milestones include completed infrastructure upgrades, new street signs honouring our cultural heritage, the completion of standalone homes, and Belvedere Apartments now rising above ground level.
Upcoming works include traffic light installations, water main upgrades, and landscaping, scheduled to begin in early 2026.
