Construction Updates
Progress continues across The Hill as the neighbourhood takes shape. Major milestones include the completion of key civil infrastructure works and the Marua Road water main upgrade, the removal of scaffolding and site fencing as homes reach completion, and the first standalone homes along Great Northern Terrace now finished and available for viewing.
Construction of the Belvedere Apartments is also advancing steadily above ground. Looking ahead, activity will focus on continued residential construction across Great Northern Terrace and upcoming stages, final landscaping and native planting throughout the development, and ongoing apartment construction through 2026.
