Our Grant operates in much the same way as the Government’s First Home Grant worked. We know that there will be first home buyers out there who were working towards a purchase and had factored the Government’s grant in. We’re stepping in to help.
We have been building homes for Kiwis for over 113 years and understand the sense of security and community that comes with owning a Fletcher Living home. We love being part of helping customers into their first home and so are offering qualifying First Home Buyers, $10,000* towards their deposit for their first home when they make it a Fletcher Living one. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Fletcher Living First Home Grant, you need to meet the following eligibility criteria.
- Be over 18 years old
- Be a First Home Buyer (not currently own any property or land, including property owned by a spouse or de facto partner. Ownership of Māori land is not included)
You will also need
- To be able to meet the deposit requirements to secure your home
- Be buying a home for you to live in as your primary place of residence
- Intend to living in the home for 6 months from settlement date

- $10,000 payment from Fletcher Living to be applied to your deposit (as detailed in the process set out below) when you purchase a Fletcher Living Property.
- Limited to one $10,000 payment per binding Agreement for Sale and Purchase signed for a Fletcher Living Property
- To qualify for the offer you must:
- have entered into a legally binding Sale and Purchase Agreement to purchase a Fletcher Living Property after 1 January 2025 with a settlement date prior to Monday 30 June 2025.
- meet the criteria specified below and provide a statutory declaration to this effect in the form attached to your Sale and Purchase Agreement.
- Unless Fletcher Living determines otherwise, this offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion that Fletcher Living may be running concurrently.
- By entering into a Sale and Purchase Agreement, you are deemed to have accepted the above terms and conditions.
Criteria
