Working with our Customers during COVID-19

All New Home Consultants are fully vaccinated. 

At all times, the health and safety of you, our staff, and our contractors remains our key priority. Our New Home Consultants are available to take your call or speak with you via online video call. Please note that as we move within the Traffic Light System our Showhomes and Sales Suite opening hours will vary by location. 

We’re keen to help you into your brand-new dream home and have a range of options from private appointments to online video calls to help make that happen.

Online Video Calls:

COVID-19 has encouraged us to use technology to 'virtually' do what we would have normally done in person. How we have been helping buyers discover their new dream home has also changed. You now have more ways to view and research potential homes from the comfort of your own home. We have a range of videos and floorplans we can share with you while we gain an understanding of what's important to you in a home. If you are keen to talk with a New Home Consultant, you can book an in-person appointment, arrange a virtual online video call or just give us a call - we're here to help.

Visiting a Showhome

The ability to visit a showhome depends on the COVID-19 Traffic Light Framework and the advice provided by the Prime Minister. For the health and safety of our customers and employees, we will ask to view your My Vaccine Pass. If you are unable to show your My Vaccine pass, please give us a call to make alternative arrangements to view our homes.

Working At Red: Our Showhomes and Sales Suites will be open by private appointment only. If you wish to arrange an appointment in person, we will ask to view your My Vaccine pass, wear a mask at all times, and contact trace. We will have alternative arrangements to view our homes if you are unable to present a My Vaccine pass.

Working at Orange: Our Showhomes and Sales Suites are open with My Vaccine pass, capacity limits, masks, and contact tracing in place.

If you wish to arrange an appointment, we will ask to view your My Vaccine pass, wear a mask at all times, and contact trace. We will have alternative arrangements to view our homes if you are unable to present a My Vaccine pass.

Working at Green: Our Showhomes and Sales Suites are open. Contact tracing will be required at all locations, masks will be optional but encouraged during your visit.
