Working with our Customers during COVID-19 Lockdown levels

At all times, the health and safety of you, our staff, and our contractors remains our key priority. During a COVID-19 lockdown, our New Home Consultants are available to take your call or speak with you via online video call. Please note that as we drop down alert levels and reopen our Showhomes and Sales Suites by appointment, masks and tracking will be mandatory.

We’re keen to help you into your brand-new dream home and have a range of interactive walk-throughs, videos, and floor plans available across our website.

Online Video Calls:

COVID-19 has encouraged us to use technology to 'virtually' do what we would have normally done in person. How we have been helping buyers discover their new dream home has also changed. You now have more ways to view and research potential homes from the comfort of your own home. We have a range of videos and floorplans we can share with you while we gain an understanding of what's important to you in a home. If you would like to discuss your requirements with us, you can give us a call, send us an email or arrange a video call with one of our New Home Consultants - we're here to help. 

Visiting a Showhome

The ability to visit a showhome depends on the COVID-19 alert level and the advice provided by the Prime Minister. 

At Levels 3 & 4: Our Showhomes and Sales Suites will be closed. You can call us or book an online video call to discuss your needs until we can safely re-open our homes for you to visit by appointment. 

At Level 2: Our Showhomes and Sales Suites are open by appointment only. To arrange a booking, please call a New Home Consultant. If you would prefer to talk with us on the phone or by video call, those options will continue to be available. Please note that masks and tracking will be mandatory during your appointment.

At Level 1: Our Showhomes and Sales Suite are open. Tracking will be required however mask-wearing will be optional during your visit.
