Nothing is more important than keeping our people safe; that’s why Protect is one of our core values and we weave it into everything we do. We believe all injuries are preventable and that everyone deserves to get home safe every day. To support our Protect value and our safety mindset culture, we provide exceptional health and safety training for all of our teams, from frontline to leadership and everything in-between!

Wellbeing initiatives

We have a range of resources on offer to support wellbeing whenever you need them, but we also hold regular scheduled campaigns and initiatives to give you a boost and a reminder to put your wellbeing first. Examples of these Initiatives include: ‘STEPtember’, Sleep Health awareness week, a Sun Safe campaign, financial wellbeing workshops and many more.

Partnering with Mates in Construction

Mates is an industry backed, research-based, suicide prevention and support program operating in the Construction, Mining and Energy industry. We are partnered with Mates in Construction to help combat and educate about suicide prevention which affects males in the construction industry more than any other demographic.

Social Events

We organise regular social events and do our best to keep them varied and so there is something for everyone:

Annual family fun events such as the Rainbow’s End Xmas Party, Butterfly Creek
Fletcher Building Quiz Night, End of Financial/Calendar Year Events, social get-togethers, cultural celebrations, birthday celebrations and special recognition events
Fostering our competitive spirit though fun activities like indoor netball, lawn bowls, and golf days
We also support charity and fundraising activities such as clean up events with Sustainable Coastlines and working bees with not-for-profits and local schools.
