Fletcher Living Digital “Pick a Patch” Game – Terms and Conditions

By playing the Fletcher Living Digital “Pick a Patch” Game (being the Game), you (as participant) can be eligible to an entry into the one-off $100 cash prize promotion subject to and in accordance with the following terms and conditions. By playing the Game you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Requirements:
   • Participation in the Game is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
   • One event of participation in the Game is a single entry into the prize draw referred to below. Only one entry per person is allowed. Any additional entries from the same person may result in disqualification.
   • Participants may earn extra entries by referring others to play the Game. For each successful completion of the Game by a referee, the party who referred the referee will receive one additional entry, with a maximum of 20 additional entries allowed.
   • Employees of Fletcher Living and Fletcher Building, as well as their family members, are excluded from entering.
2. Qualifying Criteria for Game Entries:
   • To be eligible to participate in the Game and this promotion, you must complete the Fletcher Living digital game during the promotion period referred to at clause 3 below.
   • Participants must, in addition to participating in the Game, enter their full details (Ful Name and Email address) to be considered eligible for the draw.
3. Promotion Period:
   The Fletcher Living Digital Game promotion is open to participants who complete the Game in accordance with these terms and conditions and meet the eligibility criteria from 18 February 2025 at 12pm to 18 November 2025 at 12pm.
4. Prizes and Payment Terms:
   • If you qualify under these terms and conditions, by playing the Game you are eligible to be entered into the draw for a cash prize of $100.
   • There is only one cash prize of $100 available, to be drawn in accordance with the details set out in clause 5 below.
   • Payment of the cash prize of $100 will be made to the successful winner of the prize draw within 15 working days of winner confirmation, with up to an additional 5 working days for the funds to appear in the winner’s account.
   • If the winner cannot be contacted based on the details provided or is disqualified, the prize will be redrawn.
   • Proof of bank account and age is required for Fletcher Living to process the prize payment.
5. Details of the Draw:
   The draw will be held on 18th of each month, at 12 pm. A winner will be chosen randomly. The winner will be contacted directly using the contact information provided.
6. General Conditions:

   Fletcher Living reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time.

7. Liability and Taxation:
   • Fletcher Living and its related entities are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury incurred in connection with this promotion.
   • Any tax obligations on prize winnings are solely the responsibility of the participant. Fletcher Living will not issue tax invoices for any prize payments made.
8. Privacy:

   All personal information collected will be stored and used by Fletcher Living in accordance with the Fletcher Living Privacy Policy. Fletcher Living may use this information for future promotional purposes.
